Responsibilities
- Perform Fixed Assets, Projects Accounting and Capital Expenditure/Order Accounting for diverse and complex business operations.
- Analyze and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.
- Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger.
- Conduct analysis related to fixed assets as requested by management
- Ensure timely closing & execution of financial periods as per closing calendar and in accordance with SLA commitments.
- Contribute to activities related to ongoing fixed assets projects.
- Assist with both external and internal audits
- Initiate process improvements as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
- Minimum of 5 yrs solid experience in General Accounting with 3 yrs work experience on full-cycle Fixed Assets, preferably in a shared services environment.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g. SAP, Blackline, One stream) and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word). and Oracle system
- Fluent English language communication skills required.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive, Reliable and Adaptive to changes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Adherence to RTO schedule during closing period and Tuesday-Thursday on non-closing days
