Position Title: Fixed Asset Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Fixed Asset Accountant to manage and maintain accurate records of the company's fixed assets. This role ensures proper asset tracking, compliance with company policies, and supports continuous improvement in asset management processes.

• Lead and manage the fixed asset inventory process in accordance with company policies

• Ensure timely execution, reconciliation, and resolution of all inventory-related discrepancies

• Develop and implement standardized processes for asset tagging across business units

• Assign fixed asset tag numbers, print, and distribute tags to respective asset owners

• Maintain accuracy and integrity of fixed asset accounting data

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records

• Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure proper asset tracking and reporting

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any Accounting-related course

• At least 1 year of experience in accounting or related functions

• Experience in bank reconciliation is required

• Basic knowledge of fixed asset accounting principles

• Experience or familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Must be willing to commute and work on-site inBiñan, Laguna PlantandESSPI Muntinlupa office, depending on team requirements
