Fixed Asset Accountant - Manufacturing Industry

• Manage and monitor inventory accounting, including reconciliations, movements, and reporting
• Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals
• Support costing activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation
• Assist in ensuring compliance with PEZA rules and regulations, including required documentation and reporting
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, supply chain) to ensure accuracy of inventory data
• Perform periodic inventory counts and reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to inventory and fixed assets
• Utilize ERP systems (specifically AP Plus) for accounting functions and reporting
• Assist in process improvements related to cost accounting and inventory management
