Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fitness Instructor role based in Metro Manila. The Fitness Instructor will lead safe, engaging, and results-driven sessions tailored to individual member goals.

Daily responsibilities include conducting fitness assessments, designing and updating training programs, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, and monitoring member progress. The role involves delivering excellent customer service on the gym floor, answering fitness-related questions, and supporting members with motivation, guidance, and education.

The Fitness Instructor will also help maintain a clean, safe training environment, support club events and promotions, and collaborate with the club team to enhance member experience and retention.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Fitness Instruction, with the ability to lead safe, dynamic, and inclusive sessions for varied fitness levels.
  • Experience in Personal Training and the broader Fitness Industry, including program design, coaching, and goal-based training.
  • Proven Customer Service mindset, with the ability to build rapport, communicate clearly, and provide supportive member experiences.
  • Relevant fitness certifications (e.g, personal training, strength and conditioning) from recognized organizations.
  • Knowledge of exercise science, basic nutrition principles, and safe training practices, including injury prevention and proper technique.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and work effectively in a diverse, team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on club schedules and member demand.
  • Previous experience in a gym or health club setting is preferred; CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.
