Job Description
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture.
Proven experience in CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) works, with a specific focus on Fit-Out and Interior Finishing.
Strong knowledge of construction estimates, construction methodologies, and material specifications.
Tech Savvy
Working knowledge of AutoCAD is highly preferred.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
Responsibilities
Enforce strict health and safety protocols on-site in coordination with the Safety Officer.
Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of tools and heavy equipment to align with site progress.
Supervise daily site activities to ensure strict adherence to the master project schedule. Identify potential delays early and implement recovery plans.
Oversee the daily deployment of manpower based on the approved manpower loading plan to maximize productivity and minimize idle time.
Maintaining comprehensive site documentation, including daily site reports, activity logs, etc.
