You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead the development and coordination of fit-out design solutions, ensuring alignment with client, regulatory and project requirements.
- Manage planning and building regulation submissions, supporting timely approvals and project delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants and delivery teams to achieve integrated design outcomes.
- Oversee design deliverables, ensuring quality, programme compliance and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Support reporting, design reviews and workshops, driving continuous improvement across projects.
- Contribute to the net zero carbon transition through sustainable design and responsible project delivery.
You'll Need To Have
- Degree-qualified and professionally chartered in architecture or a related discipline.
- Strong technical knowledge of architectural systems, regulations and industry standards.
- Proficient in Revit, digital design tools and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
