Monitor and analyze Building Management System (BMS) for changes outside of the normal operating parameters; make appropriate adjustment that complies with the Setpoints.
Log and distribute information as required to relevant Person/Organization.
Planning and Decision making.
Provide technical support to onsite personnels with regards to building operation.
Preparation and implementation of Equipment Schedules for Events, Functions, Holidays etc.
Fault Detection via Watch routines.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent. (ECE, CE, IT)
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Knowledge in Building Management System (BMS) is preferred but not required.
Good verbal & written communication skills.
Willing to work on shifting schedules and holidays.
Willing to work in Kapitolyo, Pasig City - near Boni Ave / Shaw Blvd / Estancia
