Manages the incident and ensures the continuing safety of themselves, bystanders, and the casualty.
Assesses casualties and finds out the nature and because of their injuries
Arranges for medical help or other emergency services to attend (e.g. fire service)
Prioritizes casualties based upon medical need.
If able, makes notes/observations of casualties.
Ensure First Aid Area is neat, properly stock and meets the requirement of OSH Standards.
Provide appropriate first aid treatment in the absence of OH Nurse.
Ensure First Aid supplies and equipment are available.
Other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Provides a handover when further medical help arrives

Ensure that all within the team have a grasp of the PDIs structure, values and purpose and have opportunities for involvement in its further development.
Ensure the maintenance of confidentiality, integrity, availability, authenticity and non-repudiation of staff, client records and all privileged information relating to the services of the PDI and particularly of the area for which you are directly responsible.
Undertake any other duties which may be reasonably required.
Personal Development
Contribute to identifying and meeting their own job-related development needs. This will be achieved through a variety of processes including one on one with Immediate Head, Performance Evaluation and Coaching and Feedback.
Cooperate and attend all appropriate mandatory and statutory training as required by the organization and/or their professional bodies.

Work in line with the Environmental, Health and Safety Policy to ensure not only their own health and safety, but of others as well.
Qualifications
At least college level preferably of STEM strand.
Training Standard First Aid Training with Basic Life Support and Automated External Defibrillator.
Licenses/Registration Certified by Phil Red Cross/DOH/BFP/TESDA EMS 2 or EMS 3
Work Experience at least 2 years of experience in the construction industry or equivalent.
