Job Description
Qualifications
- Must be certified in EMS NC II Training
- Must have completed Trainers Methodology 1 Training
- Holder of a National TVET Trainer Certificate (NTTC)
- With relevant experience in First Aid training
- Conduct first aid and emergency response training sessions in accordance with approved standards
- Develop and prepare training materials, lesson plans, and practical exercises
- Demonstrate proper first aid techniques, including CPR and basic life support
- Assess participants performance through written and practical evaluations
- Ensure all training equipment and materials are available and in good condition
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and certification documentation
- Stay updated with the latest first aid guidelines and training methodologies
- Promote safety awareness and best practices during training sessions
