As the Strategic CRM & Loyalty Specialist, you will not just execute—you will own and shape the rewards ecosystem across the company's diverse product offerings. You will navigate the entire product lifecycle: ideating, launching, and optimizing loyalty programs that directly impact customer retention.
You will be the bridge between complex data and creative execution, collaborating closely with Business Owners, Lifecycle & Data Analytics, Marketing, and Finance teams.
What You'll Do (Your Impact)
- Shape the Strategy: Support the foundation, continuous refinement, and scaling of a best-in-class loyalty program structure.
- Design the Journey: Translate customer data into automated lifecycle journeys and personalized triggers (e.g., member milestones, behavioral nudges).
- Drive Retention: Proactively fight churn and boost lifetime value by curating highly relevant rewards and benefits that influence customer behavior.
- Own the Metrics: Monitor and analyze critical North Star metrics, ensuring retention and engagement rates are hitting peak performance.
- Decode the Market: Perform quarterly market synthesis and consumer insight analyses to keep the loyalty program ahead of market trends.
- Lead Collaborations: Act as the project anchor, synchronizing internal teams to ensure all loyalty campaigns are backed by rigorous data and creative execution.
What We Are Looking For
- The Experience: At least 3+ years of solid experience in loyalty program management, customer engagement, or retention marketing. Experience in Consumer Finance, E-commerce, Retail, or FMCG is a massive advantage.
- The Tech-to-Business Translator: Proven experience in solutioning—you can take a complex business strategy, map out the data flow, and identify the simplest technical path to build it.
- The Communicator: Exceptional stakeholder management skills; able to explain complex technical mechanics into simple, actionable business language.
- The Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit. You are resourceful, highly analytical, solution-oriented, and self-driven.
