Description
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding investment products.
- Assist clients with account opening and maintenance processes.
- Educate clients on investment options and financial products compliant with FINRA regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Senior High School Graduate or completed at least 2 years in college
- Experience Level: At least 1 year of BPO experience
- Skills and Competencies:FINRA License Series 6 and/or Series 26
- Skills and Competencies:Proficiency in English Language
- Skills and Competencies:Strong Customer Service skills
- Qualities and Traits:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have complete government statutory numbers:
