  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of operational data to identify process improvement opportunities for Financial Operations
  • Develop clear, structured recommendations and business cases to address operational and strategic challenges
  • Drive selected projects end-to-end, including timeline management, stakeholder alignment, and progress tracking
  • Build and maintain dashboards, tools, and reports to monitor key metrics and proactively surface issues
  • Partner closely with Accounting and Budget teams to reconcile data, address and resolve issues

Requirements

  • Excellent problem structuring and critical thinking skills
  • High ownership mindset and a bias for action
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract and interpret complex datasets
  • At minimum, you should be comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data, build reports, and solve problems
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex findings and influence stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and driving clarity among cross-functional teams
  • Experience in managing diverse teams to drive results
