This is a full-time remote role for a Finished Jewellery Associate. The role involves providing expert advice on jewelry design and customization, assisting customers in selecting and finalizing jewelry pieces, overseeing quality control for finished jewelry, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Finished Jewellery Associate will also play a part in training and supporting team members while staying updated on industry trends and customer preferences.

• Proficiency in Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry
• Experience in providing top-quality Customer Service and client consultation
• Skills in Polishing and ensuring the quality of finished jewelry
• Ability to train and support team members effectively
• Understanding of trends in the jewelry and fashion industry
• Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• GIA or relevant gemological certification is a plus
