Financial Trade Operations Manager

Join a leading global financial markets firm to lead a high-performing operations team supporting APAC trading activities across FX, Money Markets, Fixed Income, Interest Rate Derivatives, and Equity Derivatives.

Role:

• You will oversee post-trade operations, trade lifecycle management, operational risk & controls, client service delivery, and team leadership.
• Acting as a key partner to Front Office, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams, you will drive operational excellence, process improvement, and strategic initiatives while ensuring seamless support for fast-paced trading environments.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years in Trade Management / Post-Trade Operations within Capital Markets
• Strong Senior Stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading and developing operational teams
• Strong knowledge of FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and trade lifecycle processes
• Expertise in operational risk, controls, governance, and regulatory environments
• Proven track record in process automation, change management, and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
