Financial Systems Analyst

We are hiring a Global Finance Solutions Analyst !!

Join our global finance technology team to manage and optimize our enterprise OneStream platform—supporting monthly financial close, budgeting, and account reconciliation across worldwide operations.

Key Responsibilities

• System & Security Administration: Manage user access, security groups, metadata updates, and data mapping while keeping systems compliant with SOX standards.
• Finance Close Support: Partner with finance and accounting teams during monthly close, consolidation, and forecasting to ensure stable system operations.
• Technical Support & Monitoring: Troubleshoot system issues, monitor infrastructure health, research log errors, and conduct routine system and backup audits.
• Process Improvement: Spot opportunities to automate workflows, write and execute test plans, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Backlog & Documentation: Maintain the finance system project backlog, prioritize updates with stakeholders, and keep system documentation current.

Qualifications

• EPM/CPM Experience: 2–5 years of system administration experience with OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion (HFM), SAP BPC, IBM Cognos, or Tagetik.
• Complex Environments: Prior experience in large corporate settings with complex financial systems preferred.
• Core Skills: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Work Style: High-energy, collaborative, responsive, and customer-service focused.

Job Details & Logistics

• Role: Global Finance Solutions Analyst III
• Work Model: Hybrid (Onsite at least 4 days per month for key meetings and gatherings)
• Shift Schedule: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
