Provide day-to-day global support for Financial Systems.
Provide a streamlined month-end closing process.
Participate in planning and testing system changes and upgrades, and organize user testing and acceptance from the business.
Provide the necessary supporting documents and samples to the auditors as part of the Audit/SOX requirements.
Set up and maintain relevant master data for the various financial systems.
Set up and maintain relevant user access in accordance with relevant SOX narratives.
Set up and maintain relevant training and user documentation for the various financial systems.
Provide training sessions for new employees, training refresher sessions, and tips and tricks sessions to promote the efficient use of various financial systems.
Provide input and assist in the financial systems-related SOX process and relevant narratives.
Initiate, review, and implement prioritized and approved system improvements and best practices for financial processes with the global Finance and Accounting Team.
Provide input on possible improvements to Finance & Accounting in streamlining process flow and internal controls.
Optimize the use of available functionality within existing financial systems and explore new technology.
Resolve and bring to the attention of Finance & Accounting any financial reporting issues identified.
Participate in regional and global projects as required.
Monitor and support the financial system integrations to ensure that integration issues are communicated and resolved on time; use available tools to reconcile differences between various systems.
Ensure that news, changes, and issues are communicated to the user groups via relevant Teams sites.

Maintain referential integrity across the system and reporting framework.
Ad hoc data analysis for large data sets for various functions within F&A
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of three years experience with financial systems support setup, implementation, or roll-out experience
Expert level of proficiency with Excel, Word, and other financial reporting tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
