To provide accurate, transparent, and timely financial analysis and strategic insight to support SBU leadership in the decision making process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate and collate financial data in preparation of management financial reports.
  • Preparation of breakdown of revenue and income needed by operations for analysis and review of store performance.
  • Review of Monthly Sales Report in submission to SBU Department Heads.
  • Provide financial results for the preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Operation or Store Business Review.
  • Generate and review store expenses occupancy, utilities and others for accrual and adjustments.
  • Provides accrual entries for cost and expense accounts based on schedule and analysis.
  • Review Request for Payments, Cash Advances and Liquidations for FBPs approval.
  • Prepare and submit Monthly SBU Sales Forecast vs Actual Sales Report to FBP.
  • Closely monitoring of newly opened stores to update Store Network and billings for franchisees.
  • Provide financial data for CAPEX post investment review.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Accounting or its Equivalent.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting and finance function, with external and internal audit knowledge, and in depth financial analysis
