Role Description

The Financial Solutions Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Metro Manila. The role involves identifying customers financial needs, recommending suitable insurance and investment products, and building long-term relationships. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, meeting sales targets, and providing ongoing client support. Collaboration with the Philippine National Bank's network to expand the client base and ensure a strong presence in the market is a key component of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Sales, customer service, and client engagement experience
• Ability to analyze financial needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Knowledge of Life insurance and financial products is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Willingness to be based on-site in Metro Manila
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred
