Financial Solutions Consultant (FSC)
Locations: Pasay, Cavite, BGC, Makati, Quezon City, Quiapo, Baguio, Olongapo, Pampanga, Pangasinan
We are looking for driven and customer-focused individuals to join as Financial Solutions Consultants (FSC). In this role, you will provide financial protection and insurance solutions to clients through partnered bank branches. You will also help strengthen relationships with bank partners while driving sales growth and delivering excellent customer service.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Banking Hours
- ONSITE
Key Responsibilities
- Offer and present insurance products to clients
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and clients
- Ensure retention of quality and active business within the assigned branch
- Deliver excellent customer service and provide suitable financial solutions based on client needs
- Support branch activities and sales initiatives to drive business growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree graduate in any course; business-related courses are an advantage
- Open to fresh graduates with strong potential, learning agility, confidence, and pleasing personality
- At least 2 years of Bancassurance sales experience, OR
- At least 3 years of solid sales experience from other industries
- Background in financial services, sales, or account management is an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Willing to be assigned to any of the listed locations
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates with Bancassurance or insurance sales experience
- Organic candidates or first-time insurance license applicants are welcome
- Candidates with sales backgrounds and Certificate of Clearance are encouraged to apply
