Financial Services Representative

We are hiring for FINRA Representatives for one Nezda's prime clients in Taguig

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound voice interactions with clients regarding Mutual Fund and/or Segregated Fund products.
• Provide accurate information and assistance on account inquiries, transactions, fund-related concerns, and service requests.
• Process client requests and transactions in accordance with established procedures, service standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Address and resolve client concerns professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Review client account information and provide appropriate guidance based on available records and product policies.
• Document all client interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in the appropriate systems.
• Escalate complex, sensitive, or unresolved concerns to the appropriate team or department.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data privacy, financial services, and company policies.
• Meet established productivity, quality, attendance, and customer service metrics.
• Stay updated on Mutual Fund and/or Segregated Fund products, processes, and relevant client servicing procedures.

About you

• College graduate or at least 2 years completed in college
• At least 1-year BPO voice experience in Mutual Fund and/or Segregated Funds
• FINRA Series 6, 7 or 63 license requirement
• Good to excellent communication skills
• Wealth Management, 401K Pension, and/or Investment Accounts experience is advantageous
