Role Overview

Seeking a senior Insurance professional with 15+ years of experience in CFO Advisory, Finance Transformation, and Insurance Finance to lead strategic transformation initiatives and manage senior client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead CFO advisory and Finance Transformation engagements for Insurance clients.
• Drive transformation across FP&A, accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controllership.
• Develop finance strategies, operating models, transformation roadmaps, and business cases.
• Manage senior stakeholders including CFOs, Finance Directors, and Controllers.
• Lead large, cross-functional transformation teams and ensure successful delivery.
• Support RFP/RFI, proposals, solutioning, and business development activities.
• Develop industry insights, PoVs, and thought leadership.

Required Skills

• 15+ years in Insurance / Financial Services.
• Strong Insurance Finance and CFO function knowledge.
• Proven experience in Finance Transformation / CFO Advisory / Consulting.
• Strong client engagement, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience with finance technology, automation, and process optimization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Insurance/Finance certifications are desirable.
