We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Financial Services & Banks Account Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients in the financial services and banking sector. You will assist customers with their banking and financial inquiries and issues, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.
Your day-to-day in a nutshell
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Resolving customer inquiries/requests
- Developing and maintaining accurate files
- Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
- Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
- Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
Qualifications
Work Onsite
Good to excellent communication skills
At least HS/SHS graduate
NBI clearance needed before training
