Financial Risk Management Associate

We are seeking a Financial Risk Associate who will provide support to Managers and Supervisors on engagements related to Financial Risk Management and Regulatory & Risk Advisory. The role may also involve assisting other service lines as needed. Responsibilities include administrative tasks and conducting desktop research.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with a strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, or data analytics, and will play a critical role in assessing and managing financial risks using quantitative methods to help clients achieve their strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Finance, or related fields.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Highly trainable, adaptable, and willing to work directly with clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and extend hours when necessary.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts clearly.
• At least 6 months to 1 year in risk management, including ICAAP and Recovery Plan development. Familiarity with risk management frameworks, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Any relevant training in finance, accounting, or risk management.
