JOB SUMMARY:
The Financial Reporting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the preparation, accuracy, and integrity of the company's financial reports and statements. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, supports year-end audits, and leads budgeting and forecasting activities across departments. This position also works closely with the Accounting & Finance Lead to review financial data, analyze trends, and provide insights that guide management in making sound financial and operational decisions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises the day-to-day operations of the General Accounting team.
Consolidates and manages the transaction flow within the department to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Reviews and validates financial reports, recommending actions to effectively manage and optimize company expenses.
Coordinates with all departments during budgeting and forecasting, providing data-driven insights for better financial planning and allocation.
Performs advanced financial analysis and prepares reports that summarize and interpret key financial data.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support company-wide goals and strategic initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or any related field.
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, general accounting, or related functions.
With 1-3 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
Experience with financial reporting systems is an advantage, but not required.
