Supervise and manage the financial reporting team, ensuring timely completion of reports, assignments, and compliances requirements.
Monitor team performance and attendance, provide guidance and training, address work-related issues, and implement appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting policies, tax regulations and company procedures, while coordinating resources and supporting the team in meeting operational requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Must have a bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
Must have 2 years of relevant work experience in financial reporting.
Must be proficient in MS office applications.
Amenable to work in Novaliches, Quezon City.
