Job Description

  • Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data to stakeholders.
  • Oversee the consolidation of financial reports across various business units.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes.
  • Analyse financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Monitor compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal control systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Reporting Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience in the leisure, travel, and tourism industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
