Job Responsibilities

Oversee annual financial statements, statutory reporting and external audit coordination.
Ensure financial reports comply with IFRS and applicable accounting standards.
Review monthly and quarterly financial reports, financial ratios and management reports.
Coordinate audit deliverables and liaise with external auditors on technical accounting matters.
Review financial disclosures, regulatory filings and credit rating reports.
Provide technical accounting advice on new transactions and support cross-functional reporting requirements.
Handle ad hoc reporting and assignments as required.
