What You'll Do:
- Lead Financial Analysis & Forecasting: Deliver end-to-end FP&A support for North America operations, including monthly reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with Claims, HR, and Operations leaders to explain financial results, identify cost drivers, and uncover opportunities for growth.
- Model Building & Scenario Planning: Develop robust financial models, run scenario analyses, and support cost optimization initiatives.
- Reporting & Data Management: Prepare management dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and drive consistency across markets.
- Process Improvement & Projects: Champion FP&A process enhancements, support system implementations, and drive automation and analytics (Power BI).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor, communicating financial insights to non-finance stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams.
- FP&A Lead Backup: Step up as a key backup to the FP&A Lead, ensuring continuity and mentoring junior analysts.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience supporting North America operations or working with global stakeholders
- Exposure to Power BI, ERP systems, and planning tools
- BPO/shared services experience is a plus
- CPA preferred; FP&A certifications (or in progress) valued
