Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Metro Manila with flexibility for some remote work as a Financial Reporting Analyst. The primary responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, conducting in-depth financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves generating insightful financial analyses, developing detailed reports, and collaborating with various teams to support strategic decision-making processes. The successful candidate will also participate in finance-related projects and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Financial Analysis and Analytical Skills
• Proficiency in Finance principles and methodologies
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus
• Relevant experience in financial reporting or a similar role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Knowledge of regulatory standards applicable to the financial industry
