  • Prepare consolidated financial statements and disclosures in compliance with both under IFRS and U.S. GAAP, and sustainability reports and disclosures in compliance with the applicable ESG reporting and disclosure requirements.

  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports to meet internal reporting requirements.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly and annual financial close process tasks, including data collections, reconciliations, variance analyses and system uploads.
  • Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of internally reported subsidiary data, including workbooks and reporting packages.
  • Review and analyze financial and non-financial information included in the quarterly earnings release, slide deck and other investor documents, and shareholders annual general meeting (AGM) documents.
  • Review annual financial statements and disclosures in eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) and European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) formats.
  • Ensure and maintain strict adherence to internal controls, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, throughout the financial reporting process and assigned areas of responsibility by ensuring comprehensive documentation, precise reconciliation, and careful proofreading.
  • Gather and review documentations for external/internal audits, and assist in responding to auditor inquiries.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives related to automation, AI, data quality, and reporting efficiency across financial and sustainability disclosures.
  • Lead and take part in special and ad-hoc reporting projects as needed.
  • Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to Associates and Interns.
  • Facilitate training for new team members and internal stakeholders (e.g. GL teams, Finance Managers, etc.).
  • Represent Manila Financial Reporting team in Manila site-wide/finance-wide programs and committees.
