About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join their team as a Financial Planning / Financial Control Manager. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting, preferably with experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual and long-range financial planning and budgeting activities

• Establish yearly standard costs for all vehicle models

• Manage cash flow forecasts, financial reports, and budget monitoring

• Conduct financial studies and analyses to support strategic decision-making

• Track actual performance versus budget and provide actionable business insights

• Partner with department heads on budget evaluation and planning initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry

• Strong background in financial planning, reporting, and cost analysis
