JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Finance Specialist will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports and assisting in financial planning and budgeting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, excellent mathematical skills, and a keen eye for detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions such as general ledger entries
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; preferably CPA
• Proven work experience as a Finance Specialist, Financial Analyst or similar role
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel; working knowledge in SAP is an advantage
• Excellent analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
