Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist based in Cebu or in Makati, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves preparing financial plans, analyzing financial data, creating reports on performance metrics, and evaluating business planning strategies. You will collaborate closely with teams to interpret financial data and develop processes for accurate forecasting and budgeting. Providing insights to support the company's strategic goals is key to this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Business Planning to support strategic decision-making processes
• Strong Analytical and Finance skills with expertise in evaluating data and making recommendations
• At least 2- 3 years of experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present financial insights and strategies
• Proficiency in financial software tools and Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CFA, CPA, CMA, FMVA are a plus
