The Finance Specialist is responsible for financial, balance sheet, account review and variance analysis, standard costing and transfer pricing, budgeting and forecasting, financial advisory, and compliance to company policies and government regulation.
- Review company financial performance, identifying key profit and loss trends, and helping improve profitability.
- Gather and analyze financial and operational data, including labor costs, headcount, and operating expenses.
- Support business projects by evaluating financial impact and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Prepare budgets, maintain historical financial records, and track recurring and one-time expenses.
- Report financial and month-end activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial information for decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related fields.
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountants or Certified Internal Auditor.
- With at least 6 months of experience in Product Costing from Manufacturing and Logistics industries.
- With a solid background in Profit & Loss Management or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Must be willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna (Hybrid work setup).
