Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist
Job Description
The
Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist will be responsible for preparing consolidated financial reports and developing financial models as tools for strategic business decisions. The team member will also be in-charge of the coordination and execution of internal financial reporting across all levels of organization in the company and leading the team's planning efforts, process improvements, and performance monitoring activities.
Experiences & Competencies
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or any four-year related course
- Proficient in spreadsheet software and other related applications, including financial modeling
- Capable of critical and strategic thinking, systems, and structure design
- Competent in financial software and data analysis tools
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
