What You'll Do
- Build powerful financial models and conduct deep analysis to support business growth, improve forecasting accuracy, optimize costs, and enhance profitability
- Uncover key revenue and cost drivers and recommend strategies that strengthen margins and financial performance
- Lead financial forecasting and planning, clearly highlighting assumptions, risks, and performance variances
- Analyze sold vs. actual margins, identify gaps against targets, and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional and regional teams to support pricing strategies and the successful launch of new programs
- Create and maintain data-driven dashboards that track key business metrics and automate financial reporting processes
What You Bring
- CA, CMA, or MBA qualification
- 35 years of experience in Business Finance, ideally in a Customer Experience or BPO environment
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into clear business insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the confidence to influence decisions
- Willingness to work onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig or Antipolo, depending on business requirements
- Can start immediately
