Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in BGC for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. The role involves overseeing financial planning processes, preparing detailed budgeting and forecasting reports, conducting financial modeling, and performing in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. The incumbent will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide leadership on financial performance, and optimize resource allocation to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Financial Planning and Budgeting & Forecasting
• Expertise in Financial Modeling and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proven Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Solid experience in core Finance functions and an understanding of accounting principles
• Strong Leadership background.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting course.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Preferably CPA.
• Prior experience in FP&A roles or working within a corporate finance environment is preferred
