Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager leads budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making and ensure the company's financial health. The role analyzes variances, monitors costs and profitability, prepares management reports and dashboards, and provides actionable insights to senior management. It also partners with cross-functional teams, conducts ad-hoc financial analyses, drives process improvements, and ensures compliance with financial policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate is a finance professional with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, and an MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus. They bring at least 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or related rolespreferably within the logistics industryand possess strong financial modeling, Excel, and financial software skills (e.g., SAP, Oracle). They are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized, with exceptional problem-solving, communication, and presentation abilities, and have a proven track record of collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
