Role Description The Financial Planning and Analysis Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Cebu. This role is responsible for leading financial planning cycles, including annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial projections for a portfolio of client organizations. Day-to-day activities include preparing and reviewing financial models, conducting variance and trend analysis, and translating financial data into clear insights and recommendations for business leaders. The role collaborates closely with client management teams to support strategic decision-making, monitor performance against targets, and identify opportunities to improve profitability, cash flow, and operational efficiency. The Financial Planning and Analysis Lead also helps strengthen finance processes, ensures alignment with regulatory and reporting standards, and mentors junior team members on best practices in FP&A.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Planning, with the ability to guide clients in setting and achieving financial objectives.
- Advanced Analytical Skills and experience in Budgeting & Forecasting to interpret data, evaluate performance, and support strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling to build, maintain, and improve models that support scenario analysis and business planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are an advantage.
- Experience in FP&A, management reporting, or consulting, preferably with exposure to family businesses or SME environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines.
- Comfort working on-site in Cebu and collaborating closely with cross-functional and client teams.
