Job Description

Hard Discount in the Philippines - quality everyday essentials at everyday low prices. Come be part of it.

DALI is the first and fastest-growing grocery discounter in Southeast Asia offering quality everyday essentials at low prices, opening 1 store per day across Luzon, backed by globally and regionally acclaimed equity funds, and expanding throughout the Philippines. Six years in, we are entering one of the most exciting phases in our history, with a whitespace large enough for decades of continued high growth. DALI is on an exciting trajectory, expanding operations, strengthening our financial foundations, and bringing in new investment to fuel the next phase of growth. We're looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance and Business Development team and grow with us. This is not a pure back-office number-crunching role. You will work directly with our Business Development Manager, sit close to real business decisions, and see, and contribute to, how a growing retail company manages its performance and plans its future. If you're early in your career but ready to do work that matters, this is a rare opportunity to build a genuinely broad skillset in a short amount of time.

What you'll do

  • Conduct financial and operational analyses, historical performance, scenario modelling, business initiative evaluations. and translate findings into actionable insights for the team
  • Gather, consolidate, and validate data across the organization, working directly with accounting, supply chain, and operations teams
  • Identify data inconsistencies and process inefficiencies and help resolve them - not just flag them
  • Maintain financial models, build structured Excel workbooks and simpler or modular models, write reports, and presentations used by leadership
  • Support reporting and documentation as the business grows
  • Take ownership of assigned workstreams and deliver independently within agreed timelines

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting., Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, attitude and aptitude matter more than years on a CV but up to 2-3 years experience is advantageous. Internships may count, particularly if full-time.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial data
  • A solid grasp of accounting principles and financial statements, you don't need to be an accountant, but you need to be able to read and question what the numbers say
  • Someone who follows through without needing constant direction, asks the right questions, and brings solutions rather than just problems
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, or tools like Power BI is an advantage
  • Prior experience in retail or grocery is a plus
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is a plus but not required

What's in it for you

  • Direct exposure to FP&A, business performance, and investor reporting-related work
  • A seat close to decision-making in a company that is actively growing
  • Real room for internal growth as the team expands
  • A team that values initiative and rewards people who step up
