Responsibilities:
Budgeting
- Prepares Budget Toolkit Requirements
- Conducts Budget Orientation to Business Units
- Consolidates Budget Worksheets for analysis and review with the BU Heads
- Assists in preparing/ finalizing the Budget Packs for submission & presentation to the Regional Team
Forecasting
- Conducts Forecast Orientation to Business Units
- Review consolidated forecast numbers with the BU Heads
- Prepares reports for CEO & CFO discussion
- Ensure completion of P&L report for regional submission and uploading in TM1
Pre-Closing Estimate
- Reviews initial run of comparative report – versus forecast for the month
- Prepares initial Analysis Report
- Ensure completion of PCE Report for regional submission
Month End Closing
- Review revenue accruals & modal transaction journals for the month
- Income Reconciliation
- eGlobal GL versus Qlikview details
- Workday GL versus eGLobal GL
- Upload Journal Entries in Data Management System
- Review Workday Entries (as deemed necessary)
P&L Analysis
- Provides analysis for Budget, Forecast & Month End Closing
- Ensures completion/ submission of Revenue Walk in TM1
Others
- Online Banking Approval
- Assist in resolving various invoicing or month end closing queries
- Prepares presentation materials for Execom, Townhall & QBR Meetings
- Ad hoc Reports/Duties
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis
- Strong expertise in TM1, Workday, Qlikview, and eGlobal GL systems
- Proven ability to lead orientations, consolidate financial data, and prepare executive-level reports
- Advanced skills in income reconciliation, journal entry management, and variance analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing materials for senior leadership
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, working effectively with BU Heads and regional teams
- Immediate availability to join and contribute to financial operations
