Summary

SPC Power Corporation, a publicly listed company on the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our finance team as a Financial Planning and Analysis Accountant. In this role, you will serve as a key financial analyst for our power generation projects. You will build and maintain the essential financial models that support project selection, converting complex operational and market data into clear projections of profitability, risk, and funding requirements. Your analysis will directly inform executive investment decisions, guide deal negotiations, and establish the financial framework that directs plant operations and accounting teams-bridging strategic objectives with practical execution. You will be entrusted with leading the complete monthly and quarterly Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) cycle. In this capacity, you will synthesize financial data into the strategic insights that guide senior management decision-making.

Core Qualifications & Requirements

1. Education & Professional Certification:

• CPA, CMA or CFA preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy. A Master's degree in Business, Finance, or other certifications relevant to the field are highly regarded.

2. Experience (Public Company Focus):

• At least 3 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or corporate finance
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and auditing financial models for project or capital investment analysis.
• Background in the power generation, energy, or infrastructure sector is a strong plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with practical experience in financial functions, data modeling, and scenario analysis.
