Financial Operations Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Lead to support a major finance transformation initiative within a leading organisation.

This role is ideal for a hands-on finance leader who has managed the full breadth of accounting operations and can ensure business continuity while internal team members support transformation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day financial operations across:

-Accounts Payable

-Accounts Receivable

-Bank Reconciliations

-Fixed Assets

-General Accounting

• Oversee operational delivery, controls, and issue resolution
• Ensure BAU finance activities continue efficiently during transformation
• Support process improvements and operational governance
• Partner with finance leadership and internal stakeholders
• Provide leadership, guidance, and escalation support across operations teams

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading end-to-end accounting operations
• Strong background across AP / AR / BR / FA / GA
• CPA qualification preferred
• Insurance or financial services experience highly desirable
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a transformation environment
