Financial Operations Manager (Hybrid I can start ASAP)

About the Role: We are looking for a Financial Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end daily operations of disbursements, billing, and collections. This role is responsible for ensuring operational accuracy, maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs), strengthening financial controls, and driving continuous process improvements.

Work Location: Taguig City

Work Shift: Day Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x RTO a week)

Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable depending in performance and client needs)

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily billing, collections, and disbursement operations.
• Monitor KPIs, dashboards, performance trends, and operational volumes.
• Identify process gaps and implement efficiency, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Analyze data and prepare financial/operational reports for decision-making.
• Partner with IT on system upgrades, enhancements, and UAT.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and regulations.
• Resolve and escalate complex billing, collection, and vendor payment issues.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Act as a key liaison between Finance COE and business stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Have at least 4+ years of experience in billing, collections, disbursements, or finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
• Proficient in SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar ERP/accounting systems.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
