Financial Institution Staff

The Financial Institutions Staff/Officer is primarily responsible for enabling and maintaining trading relationships with various counterparties and clients within the Financial Markets Segment. The role leverages expertise in credit risk evaluation, documentation review, and regulatory compliance to support Treasury and trading activities. This position plays a central role in establishing and reviewing counterparty limits, preparing comprehensive credit proposals for Treasury investments, negotiating complex agreements, and ensuring strict compliance with KYC and AML requirements. The role also coordinates with internal stakeholders on credit ratings, regulatory matters, and strategic partnerships in support of the Segment's objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Experience in credit risk analysis, banking, or financial markets is an advantage but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational and analytical skills
• Amenable to work in Makati
