We are seeking a Financial Due Diligence Manager to join a dynamic Deals Advisory team within a leading professional services firm. This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals with strong due diligence and transaction experience who thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
You will lead engagements supporting mergers, acquisitions, investments, and other strategic transactions while working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
- Manage financial due diligence engagements from planning to completion
- Review and analyze financial statements, trends, working capital, and cash flows
- Assess financial risks and identify key deal considerations
- Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
- Lead client discussions and maintain strong professional relationships
- Supervise and coach junior team members
- Coordinate with tax, audit, valuation, and advisory teams
- Support proposal preparation and business development activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related course
- CPA preferred
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in financial due diligence, deals advisory, transaction services, or audit
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience handling multiple engagements and deadlines
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Prior experience in Big 4 or consulting firms is an advantage
