IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum5years experience in financial analysis,data analytics, or management reporting.
- 5+ years of advanced MYOB expertise, ensuring accurate financial inputs, tracking, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency inExcel, with at least5 years of experience.
- Preferably with experience inHarvest(or similar timesheet/project management platforms)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- You are accountable for budget monitoring and raising flags when needed.
YOUR DAILY TASKS
- Extract, consolidate, and analyse financial and operational data from MYOB and Harvest systems.
- Analyse timesheet data from Harvest, comparing hours spent against budgeted allocations; provide weekly variance reports.
- Prepare 30 annual cost estimates, set and maintain client-approved budgets, and closely monitor monthly actuals to ensure financial alignment.
- Build progressive monthly invoices, capturing both pay plan revenue and expenses incurred to date.
- Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate actual performance versus budgeted expenditure and head hours.
- Support directors with regular reporting, forecasting, and recommendations for improved efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline current Excel-based processes (e.g., automation, dashboards, or alternative software solutions).
