Role Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Shipping and Logistics under Finance and Accounting (FNA) is responsible for handling customer inquiries related to billing, invoicing, payments, and logistics transactions. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve financial and shipment-related concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding shipping, billing, and financial transactions
- Assist customers with invoice clarification, payment status, and account reconciliation
- Handle disputes related to freight charges, billing discrepancies, and logistics services
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, operations, and finance) to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Provide timely updates and follow-ups to customers regarding issue resolution
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- Experience is not required
- College Graduate
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work on-site in Eastwood, Quezon City
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
