Finance Controller (Remote – Philippines)
Salary: Starts at $2,500 USD net/month
Schedule: CST business hours
Experience Level: 10+ years overall
Industry Advantage: Medical/Healthcare (preferred but not required)
About the Role:
Summit360 Solutions is seeking a highly capable, self-driven Finance Controller to own and elevate our entire financial operations function. This is a high-autonomy, remote role designed for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, lean environment and takes genuine pride in building scalable financial systems from the ground up.
You will be the financial backbone of the company — managing day-to-day accounting, reporting, and compliance while strategically leveraging AI tools to automate workflows across our core platforms: QuickBooks and Ramp. The ideal candidate is not just technically strong but is proactive, innovative, and eager to implement smarter ways of working without being asked.
This role is built for someone who sees financial operations not as a back-office function, but as a strategic lever for growth. If you enjoy bringing order to complexity, building processes that scale, and using technology to multiply your impact — we want to hear from you.

- Comfortable learning and adopting new fintech tools and platforms quickly
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy in all financial work
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills — able to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently without close supervision
- Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and doesn't wait to be asked before identifying and resolving issues
Work Arrangement
- Must be based in the Philippines with a reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup
