About Our Client
This role is with a large organization in the renewable energy sector, with a growing shared service in the Philippines.
Job Description
- Manage and oversee all financial operations and reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Prepare detailed financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.
- Lead process migrations from different regions to the Philippines SSC.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and cost control.
- Oversee audits and implement improvements based on findings.
- Support the Accounting & Finance department in achieving operational excellence.
The Successful Applicant
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent (preferred).
- Prior experience in a Big 4 audit firm is highly advantageous.
- 8-10 years of experience in financial controllership, legal entity controllership, financial reporting, or record-to-report processes on a regional scope.
- Must have prior experience in migration, finance transformation, and change management initiatives.
- Must be comfortable with managing multicultural stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP and Excel.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or energy industry is a plus.
- Keen to take on a high impact and strategic individual contributor role
- Amenable to reporting to the Pasay office 3x a week and adhere to flexible working hours.
